TUM CREATE VOI

Modular electric scooter with interchangeable front pods, it is a concept for megacities that can host a passenger, but also turn into a pick-up or vending vehicle!

Its 3kWh lithium-ion battery authorizes a 80km range with 45kph maximum speed.

“Training wheels” are deployed when stopped, they serve as stand and allow the passenger to get out of the cockpit more easily.

According to Stephan SCHICKRAM one of the coordinators of the project, the VOI’s is very simple now and could be refined… In contrast, the prototype is already running and made its first road tests in Singapore!
